Restoration of Natural Ecosystems
- Restoration and plantation of native fruit and fodder species to revive degraded forest patches and community lands.

- Plantation activities involved local communities to ensure long-term protection and ownership.
Livelihood & Skill Development
- Food Processing Training provided to:
- 150 rural women
- 150 rural youth
- Training modules covered:
- Fruit and vegetable preservation (e.g., pickle, jam, chutney making)
- Mushroom cultivation
- Dehydration and packaging techniques
- Use of locally available Himalayan produce
- Trainings conducted in partnership with local experts, SHGs, and Krishi Vigyan Kendras.
Women & Youth Empowerment
- Formation and strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and youth collectives
- Enhanced capacity to generate sustainable income from local resources.
- Special focus on women-led entrepreneurship, promoting gender-inclusive growt
